How often have you said that you want to: stop over-eating, stop wasting time, stop attracting the wrong people into your life, stop... fill in the blank?

Most of us believe that IF we say "I'm going to stop doing 'A' and start doing 'B'!", THEN something is actually going to shift. How often does change happen in this fashion? Unfortunately, the answer is, "Not often." Neuroscience tells us there's a better way than utilizing this stop/start mindset. The fancy word involved in this process is Neuroplasticity.

Join Judith E. Glaser, one of the world's top neuro-innovators, as she discusses how we can mold new pathways in our brain (Neuroplasticity) to make significant shifts. In this episode, she will outline with host Lyn Christian how she moved out of an addiction and into something better. The main topics you will want to listen for in this episode are as follows:
  • Are you practicing the start/stop superstition?
  • Start doing more of what you want to do and stop wasting time on those things that don't matter as much.
  • Experience Neuroplasticity and influence that shift you've been hoping for.
  • Discover how long it really take for your actions to start changing your brain patterns.
  • Check out the book Social: Why Our Brains Are Wired to Connect by Matthew D. Lieberman
  • Download the  Do Less/Do More Handout to help guide you through the “Down-Regulate, Up-Regulate” zone.
