It is with great sadness we share that our dear friend Judith E. Glaser passed away after a long battle with cancer on November 18, 2018.

Throughout her career, Judith studied and researched in various academic fields including human behavior and development, psychology, anthropology, linguistics, neuroscience and transformational social sciences. She authored seven books, including
Conversational Intelligence: How Great Leaders Build Trust & Get Extraordinary Results (2013). Judith launched Conversational Intelligence for Coaches, a 7 module, enhanced digital program with full certification in partnership with WBECS. Judith was also co-founder and chairman of the Creating WE Institute, a global research organization focused on the neuroscience of “WE” and organizational leadership.

Judith was selected by Marshall Goldsmith as one of the top 15 Coaches in the world and as a Brava Award Winner. She was ranked as the 10th Coaching Guru in the world by Global Gurus. In 2016-18 Conversational Intelligence was selected by INC, Magazine as one of the top 5 business trends of the year. Since 2006 she has been listed as one of the top 10 consultants globally in Executive Excellence Top 100 Consultants and is recognized as one of the Top 100 Thought Leaders globally on the subject of leadership.

Judith is survived by her husband of 48 years, Richard Glaser, her children, Rebecca Rabson and Jacob Glaser, as well as her four grandchildren and two siblings.

Judith’s inspirational mission was to change the world “one conversation at a time.” She believed asking beautiful questions and having difficult conversations can allow for deeper connections. May her memory be a positive influence in the hearts of millions.

Lyn (00:30):
As a tribute and memorial to my friend, mentor and co-creator of this podcast, the SoulSalt team and I have complied a collage of audio clips with Judith. Over the months she and I worked on this project, we logged in hours of personal and professional sound bites.

I have been contemplating how to offer up a tribute to my beloved mentor than to give you two gifts during this memorial edition. First please enjoy a candid and often personal taste of who Judith was. Second, at the end of this podcast I’ll share ideas of how you can keep Judith’s legacy alive. I hope you enjoy, learn from and be inspired by her words, personality, Judith’s intelligence and warmth.

This audio collage will share intimate stories about her upbringing and childhood. Perhaps you will feel validated and affirmed by what she shares. You’ll also hear how she was given a “leg-up” by her mentors. This might give you an idea of how to pay it forward to others. To give or get your own “leg-up” for your endeavors. Judith will also talk us through some of the experiences which established her as an inspired being even a channel for insight and intimation to flow.

I hope you this enjoy this informal yet informative series of snippets and sound-bites from a woman who lives on in the heart of millions.
